What We Do

Ironworkers Local 769 is a mixed local providing skilled craftsmen in every discipline of the ironwork trade. We strive to promote a positive and safe work site environment. Our members are trained in all applicable OSHA standards. Many members also have First Aid and CPR training. We are very proud of our training and work ethic.

Legacy

The Ironworkers Local 769 was chartered on March 17, 1956. Since that date, we have a long heritage of quality work at Armco/AK Steel and Ashland Oil/Marathon, as well as area powerhouses. We also brought our expertise to the recent Portsmouth Bypass Project.
